tb Phase Baking
tbPhaseBaking for tbAnimTools -
Requires tbAnimTools to be installed.
This tool allows you to easily adjust the timing/foot phase for world space locomotion cycles in a non destructive way - without having to go into the graph editor, or do any maths.
Animation can be scaled in translation/rotation, offset/scaled in time - but the overall position will be maintained relative to a reference object e.g. a main locomotion control.
Other use cases:
Transfer one side of your character to another, and offset its phase correctly in a few clicks.
Phase an object with its parent or another body part to break up with timing/create delays or anticipation/leading action.
Control relationship presets will be added soon - for quick repeatable transfers actions.
Installation:
Download the zip file;
tb_phaseBake_for_tbAnimTools_v1, from the product page-
With Maya open, choose "Activate New Plugins" from the tbAnimTools menu.

Pick the zip file using the folder button. Press install.
Once prompted, enter your email used with your purchase and license key.
Restart Maya for all changes to take effect.

The following hotkey commands will be added:
tbPhaseBakeSelected - phase bake the selected control relative to it's parent
tbPhaseBakeRelativeSelected - phase bake the selected controls relative to the first or last selected object (editable in the options window)
tbPhaseBakeTransferSelected - phase bake one object to another, relative to a third - useful for editing locomotion in world space.
