Easily adjust your characters animation on a surface, without adding foot sliding.
Redirect where they path to using a nurbs curve.

Lock your animation to either end of the nurbs curve - great for locomotion transitions.

Bake out or remove the path rig from a built in right click marking menu.
Swap out the surface and path curve.
Installation:
Download the zip file;
tb_animatedPath_for_tbAnimTools_v1,from the product page-
With Maya open, choose "Activate New Plugins" from the tbAnimTools menu.

Pick the zip file using the folder button. Press install.
Once prompted, enter your email used with your purchase and license key.
Restart Maya for all changes to take effect.
Usage:

Load the UI from the tbAnimTools menu, or the mel command "tbAnimatedPathUI"

Using the UI you can create and pick your surface.

Select the main control you want to use to generate your path

Add your controls, and pick if they should inherit rotation/translation from the path. Contact Align can be set after the path system is created.

Ground objects will be added for each path object, move the ground locators to the base of you controls for better floor alignment.

Save the ground marker positions for the rig from the UI.
Press "Process" to build your path rig

With the main path selected, use the right mouse button to raise a menu to edit the path, swap out the surface or path.
